Violet had built a very popular blog and was getting over 50,000 monthly visitors to her blog. Yet she was only converting a handful into sales.

The first task we completed was her optin offer. I worked closely with Violet to create her free ebook, which took her 2 most popular blog posts and turned them into a free step-by-step guide.

I then went on to create her email marketing strategy and map out her customer journey from optin to client. With the strategy in place I crafted a short nurture series for Violet’s new subscribers.

Violet saw an immediate return on the emails we put together. Within 2 months she had doubled her new client bookings.

“Mitch went over and beyond expectations. Unlike a lot of freelancers/contractors, Mitch really takes the time to understand your customer and team in order to deliver the highest quality end result.

He worked closely with our developer to make sure that our platform ties into the email marketing platform, he architected a really well thought out series of marketing, and was always available to communicate with.

I will be working with him really soon. One of the best experiences I’ve had with a contractor. Great work!

Subject: How I Got My First Baby to Sleep Through the Night

Hi *|FNAME|*

Thanks for checking out 5 Proven Tips for Helping Your Baby Sleep Through the Night

Getting a good night’s sleep is important for you and your baby.

When I had my first-born Brianna I was so frustrated and exhausted. Night after night Brianna wouldn’t fall asleep, then when she finally did – she would only sleep for a couple hours!

After a few weeks I was at my wits end. One night I decided enough was enough. I was going to read, study and try every sleep method and program there was. I needed to get Brianna to sleep – for her sake and mine.

Ta-Da! Finally, I found a method that worked. Brianna slept through the night for the first time ever. After months of constantly waking up throughout the night, we both finally got some rest.

Since then I’ve helped thousands of mothers get their babies to sleep through the night. I’ve been featured in popular parenting websites and in dozens of magazines.

Subject: Baby Sleeps 10 Hours Without Waking Every Night

Hi *|FNAME|*

You may think that 10 hours is impossible.

Ten hours without as much as a peep, let alone a cry. Now that would be nice wouldn’t it?

Well that’s exactly what Jen and her husband achieved. Within just two-weeks of following their sleep plan, their 8-month-old baby was sleep for 8-10 hours every night.

Jen’s newborn also doubled her nap times from 45-minutes to 90-minutes! Her baby learned to self-soothe and put themselves to sleep too.

“My husband and I can not thank Violet enough… we FINALLY feel like we can become ‘normal’ again”

Everyone’s situation is different and there is no “one-size fits all”. That’s why we tailor a sleep plan uniquely for you and your baby.

Subject: Why Your Baby Wakes During the Night

Hi *|FNAME|*

Bedtime props are more harm than good.

Almost every new mother falls into this trap. Using props will encourage your baby to wake up through the night.

Here’s props that most mothers rely on:
Bottle or breastfeeding/nursing to sleep
Rocking to sleep
Swinging to sleep
Movement in a carseat or stroller
Even the *pacifier if your baby is dependent on it
Holding to sleep/sleeping on parent

Using these props to get your baby to sleep is a bad idea. If your baby wakes up during the night they won’t fall back to sleep without their prop.

If your baby wakes up screaming or crying during the night, it’s a sign of their dependency on sleep props to get back to sleep.

Teaching your baby to fall asleep on their own is the only solution. It’s tough to do and requires time and a plan to ease them off of their props.

Subject: Why Rocking and Nursing Can Wake Your Baby

Hi *|FNAME|*

Your baby starts crying and screaming at midnight.

What do you do?

Your first reaction is likely to pick your baby up and rock them back to sleep.

Sure enough your baby falls back asleep. Yet in another few hours you’ll be woken by the same familiar cry for some more rocking.

Sound familiar?

Within a few nights, your baby is completely dependent on you to fall asleep. Your sleep is all over the place and you’re feeling tired and frustrated all the time.

So what should you do instead?

Subject: How to Teach Your Baby to Self-Soothe

Hi *|FNAME|*

Your baby can fall asleep all by themself.

Imagine how great you’ll feel not waking up through the night to tears and screaming.

Finally, you and your baby will get a good night’s rest – 10-12 hours without interruption. You can do this by teaching your baby to self-soothe.

By teaching your baby to self-soothe they will learn to fall asleep all on their own. If they wake up throughout the night they’ll quickly fall back asleep without a peep.

Here’s a few tips to get you started:
Stick to a bedtime routine
Don’t feed or nurse right before sleep
Only put your baby to sleep when they are drowsy but awake

“Senne has been sleeping through the night since (and so have we). We are all feeling rested and happy in the morning and Senne greets me with a huge smile on his face”
