How do we work?

Send us an email about your project and if we’re interested we’ll setup a call to talk with you. In our first call, we’ll clarify your project outcomes and answer any questions you have.

After our call, we’ll send you a fixed price proposal for your project including the timeframe and a clear outline of the deliverables. If you’d like to go ahead, all you need to do is pay the 50% deposit and we’ll get started right away.*

* We’re usually booked 2-3 weeks in advance. If you have a time-sensitive project please let us know before our call together so we can give you an up-to-date lead time.

What's your copywriting process?

After all the formalities are taken care of we’ll get straight to work on your project. Starting with a deep dive into your niche to identify how to make your offer stand out from competitors.

You may get a brief questionnaire after our initial research to clarify any questions we have about your product or offer. We’ll also supply you with a list of my key points and an outline of the sales page or email series.

We’ll then work on your first draft and send it to you for feedback.

Following your feedback, we’ll edit the copy and rework it 2-3 more times before moving it through our signoff process.

How do I know if you're any good?

Great email marketers are rare. Mitch has had the privilege of studying under some of the greats. You can read plenty of testimonials from our previous clients here. We will also show you samples of our work and results during our first call together.

For larger projects, we suggest investing in a trial project such as a short email series for a product launch (5 emails). This gives us the chance to show you the results we can bring to the table and alleviate any concerns you may have.

How much do you charge?

We do not charge an hourly rate. All projects are fixed prices based on the number of emails and work involved, so you’ll always know exactly what it’ll cost at the start of the project.

Larger projects such as ongoing optimization of emails or regular email campaigns are billed on a monthly retainer basis.

Our invoicing is also very clear with each milestone clearly labelled on your invoice. To find out how much your project will cost get in touch with us.

Do we need to meet face to face?

We don’t need to meet face-to-face.

Mitch travels extensively and usually only stays in one place for a few months at a time. We’ve got clients in Australia, UK, USA, Canada and all through Europe. You’ll be able to reach us anytime via skype or email.

What businesses do you work with?

We work mostly with personal brands and software companies. I have worked with a few larger clients including a national US insurance company and a handful of Fortune500 businesses.

If you are a larger organization please let us know during our initial phone call as there is some additional paperwork that you will need to fill out.
